Our Color Specialist/Stylists will determine all guarantees. Because of the nature of home coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that if possible, you please call us at least 24 hours in advance - as a courtesy to the staff member, and so that we may possibly accommodate the needs of other clients.
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our hair or skin products. If you decide that it is not the right product for you, provided that 3/4 of the original amount of the product is unused, we will gladly take it back and you may exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase.
